As a fibre artist I specialise in creating unique and intricate quilt art.
I want to turn up the quiet.
I have always been fascinated by the contradictions of nature which can be both powerful and fragile, lush and stark, rough and smooth, permanent and yet transitory. My art explores the feeling of being immersed in nature, using textiles, thread, printing and paint.
I invite the viewer to slow down and be present in the moment; to experience the peace and wonder of the natural world and reflect on their own connections.
My art has been exhibited internationally including Europe, the UK and the U.S.A.
